1. The Promotion period is from July 21, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

2. The Promotion is valid only for verified clients of the Company.

3. To activate the Bonus, you must do the following:

3.1. Register with Neomarkets Group Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), pass verification.

3.2. Replenish your trading MT5 Hedge account with an amount of $100 or more during the Promotion period.

3.3. After replenishing the account, you must contact the Company from your Personal Account using the ticket system (request to the support service https://client.marketsneo.com/ticket), informing in any form about your desire to receive the “300% Bonus” and providing the number of the trading account to which the replenishment was made. The Company will decide whether to grant the Bonus and credit it to the Client’s trading account or deny the Bonus within one business day after the Client’s request.

3.4. After making a deposit and before the Bonus is credited, no positions should be opened on the trading account. If positions were previously opened on the account, they must be closed before replenishing under the Promotion.

3.5. The Bonus is not applicable to trading accounts with increased leverage.

4. The Bonus amount is 300% for each deposit made, but cannot exceed $5,000. The minimum deposit to receive the Bonus is $100. The accrued Bonus amount is rounded up or down to the nearest whole number.

5. Only external deposits made during the Promotion period are counted as replenishment under the Promotion. Transfer from a personal or trading account to another trading account is not considered a deposit.

6. The Client can receive a Bonus for each replenishment, but the total Bonus limit cannot exceed $5,000. Getting the Bonus does not depend on the total number of trading accounts. The turnover is taken into account only on the trading account to which the Bonus is credited, it is not taken into account on other accounts of the Client.

7. The Bonus is credited to the "Credit" of the trading account. Initially, it is not available for withdrawal, but is fully available for trading.

8. All profits received with the Bonus are at the full disposal of the Client and can be used for trading or withdrawal of funds without any additional conditions.

9. The Bonus cannot be used in case of a drawdown to cover floating losses, the “Equity” on the trading account cannot fall below the “Credit” amount.

9.1. In a situation where the “Equity” on the trading account falls to the “Credit” amount + 1% of the Bonus amount or lower, the Bonus is automatically written off and participation in the Promotion is terminated.

Example: The Client made a deposit of $500 and received a Bonus of $1,500. As soon as the Equity on the trading account becomes equal to or less than $1,515 (1,500 + 1% * 1,500 = 1,515), the Bonus will be automatically written off.

9.2. The Client agrees that the negative balance of his trading account, if any, will not be reduced to zero until the end of this account’s participation in this Promotion and until the Bonus is written off from it.

10. Withdrawal of the Bonus

10.1. The accrued Bonus amount can be transferred to the "Balance" of the trading account and will be available for withdrawal, provided that within 90 calendar days from the moment the Bonus is provided, the volume of trading operations performed by the Client in lots exceeds the Bonus amount divided by 5. Only trading in currency pairs and metals and transactions that were open for at least 5 minutes are taken into account.

Example: The Bonus amount is $1000. The required transaction volume: 1000 / 5 = 200 lots.

A lot is considered traded after the completion of a full cycle, i.e. opening and closing of a transaction. Thus, when opening a transaction with a volume of 1 lot and then closing it, the trading volume will be 1 lot.

The calculation of the required volume includes transactions that were open for at least 5 minutes.

10.2. Partial transfer of the Bonus to the balance is not carried out.

10.3. After the required volume of transactions has been closed, the Client must contact the company from his Personal Account using the ticket system (request to the support service https://client.marketsneo.com/ticket) to transfer the Bonus to the Balance.

10.4. After 90 days from the moment the Bonus is credited, if the Client has not reached the required volume of transactions, the Bonus amount is written off.

10.5. The Bonus is written off in full early, before the expiration of 90 days, for any external withdrawal of funds in any amount from any account of the Client, if by this time the Client has not reached the required volume of transactions.

10.6. The Company reserves the right to write off the Bonus early, before the expiration of 90 days, for any internal transfer of funds from the trading account to which it was credited, in any amount, if by this time the Client has not reached the required volume of transactions.

10.7. The Company reserves the right to write off the Bonus early, before the expiration of 90 days, if the Account Balance becomes negative, if by this time the Client has not reached the required volume of transactions.

10.8. The Bonus is written off from the account in full and early if the Client is disconnected from the Promotion due to his violation of the rules of this Promotion.

10.9. The Client acknowledges that writing off the Bonus leads to a decrease in the margin level. The Client agrees that the Company is not liable for any losses arising from such a decrease.

10.10. The offered Bonus is an exclusively promotional offer and should not be considered as a way to obtain a guaranteed profit and does not guarantee the effectiveness of investments.

11. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and duration of the Promotion.

12. Within the framework of this Promotion, the Bonus is intended solely to increase the Client's funds available for trading. In order to prevent abuse of the terms of the Promotion, the Company reserves the right, without notice, at its sole discretion, to refuse to credit the Bonus at any time. Such measures may be taken by the Company, including in the event of suspicion of getting of the Bonus by one person managing several interconnected personal accounts.

12.1. The Company, at its sole and absolute discretion, may terminate this Promotion for any or all trading accounts by partially or fully writing off the previously accrued Bonus without any prior notice or explanation.

12.2. The Client understands and fully agrees that the Bonus may be automatically written off in the case provided for in paragraph 9.1. If at this point there is not enough margin on the trading account for open positions, this may lead to the activation of a stop-out and forced closure of positions at the current market price, which may result in additional losses up to and including the complete loss of the deposit. The Client is fully aware of and accepts these risks.

13. By joining this Promotion and receiving the Deposit Bonus, the Client confirms that he/she has read and fully agrees with these terms of the Promotion and undertakes not to send any claims to the Company regarding the rules for receiving the Bonus or the measures taken by the Company in accordance with these terms.

14. The Bonus described in this document is intended to provide an additional incentive to clients who meet the criteria listed in this document, including successful completion of due diligence requirements as determined by the company. Compliance with due diligence requirements requires providing accurate and truthful information as requested by the Company. Please note that intentionally providing false or misleading information during due diligence may result in disqualification from the bonus program and potential legal consequences.

15. Clients are strongly advised to seek advice from a financial professional before making any trading and/or investment decisions based on the Bonus received under this Promotion and to be aware of any tax implications associated with the Bonus.

16. The Promotion applies to accounts that are not participating in other promotional offers. Once the Bonus has been credited, it is not possible to change the account to which it will be credited.
